- In the context of implementing new manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical active ingredients, you will perform, as part of the laboratory team, the necessary chemical analyses of laboratory experiments to set up an optimized manufacturing process for the factory.
- In accordance with GMP requirements, you will actively participate in analytical validations/transfers.
- You hold a laboratory technician training in chemistry (CFC) or a higher diploma with several years of experience in analytical chemistry
- You master classic computer tools such as the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Main responsibilities
- In the context of implementing new manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical active ingredients, you will perform, as part of the laboratory team, the necessary chemical analyses of laboratory experiments to set up an optimized manufacturing process for the factory.
- In accordance with GMP requirements, you will actively participate in analytical validations/transfers.
- You will also be responsible for laboratory experiments conducted in the context of investigations following non-conformity issues at the factory.
- During these troubleshooting, you will be able to provide hypotheses and solutions in collaboration with production chemists, R&D, and DA.
- You will establish and manage documents related to experiments and analyses (lab journals, analysis/experiment files, reports).
- Finally, you will participate in the maintenance of analytical equipment as well as laboratory logistics.
- All these activities must be carried out in strict compliance with HSE and Quality guidelines. Requirements
