- Strategy & Infrastructure: Development of the Group-wide AI strategy, roadmap and target as well as development of a suitable AI infrastructure
- Use Case Management: Identification, evaluation and prioritization of relevant AI use cases together with specialist departments
- Business Cases: Creation of well-founded cost-benefit analyses and decision preparation for the management
- Entrepreneurial thinking: Strong results orientation with the ability to translate AI use cases into measurable business benefit (ROI)
Main responsibilities
- Strategy & Infrastructure: Development of the Group-wide AI strategy, roadmap and target as well as development of a suitable AI infrastructure
- Use Case Management: Identification, evaluation and prioritization of relevant AI use cases together with specialist departments
- System integration: Technical and economic evaluation, selection and integration of suitable AI solutions into existing ERP/SAP systems
- Governance & Compliance: Ensuring responsible and secure AI use in line with regulatory requirements
- Culture & Change Management: Building a sustainable AI culture, establishing internal communities and targeted coaching of teams
- Training: Completed study of business informatics or comparable qualification at the interface of business and IT
- Professional experience: Sound practice in digitalization as well as in process and project management at the interface between business and IT
- AI Competence: In-depth understanding of modern AI models/tools and experience in building AI strategies and architectures
- Communication: Strong facilitation and coaching competence to successfully act as a bridge-builder between specialist areas, IT and management
- Mindset: High sense of responsibility for governance as well as a pragmatic, implementation-strong maker mentality
