- Create business process analyses (administratively as well as militarily) related to capability development in command training and implement optimizations and efficiency improvements in the context of the digitization of the army
- Develop business process models, workflow diagrams and detailed specifications for the assigned projects/systems, as well as identify the requirements of different groups of people (stakeholders) inside and outside the command training
- Create and/or assess studies and concepts for computer science use taking into account current and future project needs (technology scenarios, market development) as well as in accordance with the computer science and digitalization strategy Defense/VBS
- Carry out business analyses for renewal, change and digitalization needs for the successful implementation of the assigned projects/systems and work in projects in the role of business analyst (requirement representative) and independently lead work packages in sub-projects
- Support the line instances in terms of specifications and processes in the computer science sector and advise the command staff or project teams in terms of architectural specifications and requirements engineering
- Working in agile-led projects and systems as a product owner or business analyst and representing the interests of command training
- University of applied sciences or university degree (FH, ETH, University Bachelor/Master) towards computer science or comparable education
- Further education or certification in project management (MAS, IP-MA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Requirements Engineering (IREB), Business Process Management (BPMN)
- Ability for analytical, networked and conceptual thinking, pronounced customer and service orientation, as well as an independent, goal-oriented and quality-conscious working method
- Strong communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork
- Oral and written knowledge of a second official language
