In this responsible position, you assume operational responsibility for the operational maintenance at the Domicil Competence Center Bethlehemacker. You will be supported by an employee and by the Head of Business Maintenance Living Space Bern West. You are responsible for the sustainable value preservation of the buildings, ensure the operation and maintenance of the technical facilities and ensure a professional appearance of the property. In your role as security officer: you ensure the implementation and compliance with all relevant legal regulations. You support the cross-location team Operating Maintenance Living Space Bern West and regularly take care of pikett services. As part of the new replacement building, you will face varied and demanding tasks in the coming years. This includes in particular the coordination of the relocation, the commissioning of the transition location and the support of the construction project for a modern dementia center. The position is suitable for experienced specialists as well as for motivated young talent with development potential. However, higher vocational training is absolutely necessary.

Requirements

• Professional maintenance EFZ or basic craft training EFZ

• Occupational examination housekeeper-/in with federal FA or similar

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment are advantageous

• Understanding and empathy for older people
