- Etude d’avocats-notaires jeune et dynamique, active à Crans-Montana, ayant à cœur d’offrir un
- environnement de travail agréable à ses collaborationurs, recherche une personne engagée pour
- Le poste de :
- Receptions at 50%
- Vos défis :
- Réception des appels téléphoniques et accueil des clients,
- Traitement of e-mail,
- Prise de rendez-vous et soutien à la gestion des agendas,
- Ouverture de dossiers,
- Autres tâches administratives (p.ex. archivage, achats et commandes de fournitures...).
Votre profile
- CFC d’employé/e de commerce ou de bureau avec expérience dans un poste similaire,
- Présentation soignée et sens de l’accueil,
- Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et flexibilité,
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams),
- Contact aisé avec la clientèle,
- Précis/e, consciencieux/se, polyvalent/e,
- Discret/e et capable de résister au stress,
- Langue maternelle française,
- Des connaissances en all and en anglais constitueraient un atout.
