- You support our customers by phone and personally, make appointments and provide first-class customer support.
- You coordinate the schedule and perform administrative tasks as well as the cash management independently.
- You perform service work on hearing aids and advise on accessories and additional products.
- You support our hearing care professionals with hearing tests, ear impressions, hearing aid controls and annual services.
- You take care of the warehouse management including orders, goods acceptance and control.
