Independent management and organization of construction projects in construction and/or civil engineering work preparation (AVOR) as well as operational planning of personnel, material and inventory management and coordination of polishing, foremen and construction workers cost control, supplementary management and monitoring of budgets planning and monitoring of deadlines Ensuring the quality, environmental and safety specifications Extent, billing and documentation of the work carried out Contact person for builders, planners, authorities and subcontractors
Your profile: Completed training in construction, for example as a mason, road builder or comparable training as a dipl. Construction manager, construction manager or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in a comparable function Entrepreneurial thinking and good cost awareness Leadership competence and assertiveness Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working method Good computer skills, experience with construction administration programs of advantage Driver's license Category B Very good German skills in word and writing
