Introduction
For our customer, an established company in building construction, we are looking for you as construction manager (m/f/d). In this role, you take responsibility for operational management and ensure quality, costs and deadlines across all project phases.
Tasks
- Overall responsibility on the construction site: organisation, coordination and management of the entrepreneurs and service providers involved
- Cost, schedule and quality control according to project objectives
- Reports, construction journals, meetings and minutes
- Tendering and award in cooperation with project management/planning, auditing and supplementary management
- Interface management for building management, planning, authorities, neighbours and internal bodies
- Quality assurance and occupational safety (SUVA specifications), carrying out controls, acceptance and defect management until handover
- Construction administration and scheduling
Profile
- Completed construction-related training (e.g. building drawing artist/in EFZ, Zimmermann/Zimmerin EFZ, mason/in EFZ) with further training as construction manager, technician/in HF construction planning or equivalent
- Several years of experience in building management
- In-depth knowledge of SIA standards, construction processes and construction administration; safe occurrence on the construction site
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Other languages are beneficial
