Introduction
For a production company in the food industry, we are looking for a dedicated company employee: in production to strengthen the team. It is used in an environment where quality, hygiene and reliable processes are the focus. The position includes practical activities in cheese production as well as support work in various areas of the production operation. We are looking for a person who safely implements work instructions, carefully documents them and keeps track of changing tasks. The company attaches importance to compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards and expects a structured, resilient and responsible way of working. The position offers a varied field of activity with clear processes and close integration into ongoing production.
Tasks
- After pressing, they carefully and efficiently mold cheese into the fermentation trays.
- They carry out all work according to work instructions and document them correctly.
- They carry out cleaning work in the salt bath and drainage room according to specified standards.
- They detect deviations in products, plants or processes and report them immediately.
- They support the entire production operation and work flexibly in various work areas.
- They make an important contribution to the high quality of cheese and to quality, environmental and safety standards.
Profile
- Ideally, they have experience in a production plant, preferably in the food industry.
- They are ready to perform physically demanding work reliably and focused.
- They work carefully, responsibly and with high quality awareness.
- They are flexible and ready to work in 2-shift operation.
- They have a good knowledge of German in words and writing.
- They know the importance of hygiene, quality and safety regulations and adhere to them consistently.
