- How you'll make an impact Define, standardize, document, and continuously improve design rules for traction transformer design automation tools in collaboration with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement teams.
- Ensure design rules are robust, practical, and compliant with customer, internal, and international standards.
- Coordinate the development and maintenance of automated design tools with global team members across multiple locations.
- Develop and enhance CAD models and parametric design solutions using advanced design automation technologies.
- Ensure seamless integration of design tools with Windchill PLM, Bill of Materials (BOM), and SAP-related data processes.
- Train and support users and developers on design automation tools and best practices.
- Monitor applicable internal and external standards and ensure ongoing compliance.
