Introduction For our Quality division, we are looking for a Compliance & Standardization Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to ensure the governance of regulatory compliance and watchmaking standardization activities across all Rolex Geneva sites.
- Introduction For our Quality division, we are looking for a Compliance & Standardization Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to ensure the governance of regulatory compliance and watchmaking standardization activities across all Rolex Geneva sites.
- Coordinate and lead the cross-functional work network on regulatory compliance and watchmaking standardization (multi-site and multi-activity)
- Organize steering bodies and ensure reporting to the steering committee and Management
- Higher education diploma or from a higher education institution
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead the cross-functional work network on regulatory compliance and watchmaking standardization (multi-site and multi-activity)
- Organize steering bodies and ensure reporting to the steering committee and Management
- Support business experts in monitoring standardization projects and associated document management
- Formalize analyses, strategic summaries and recommendations on watchmaking standards, in particular by identifying gaps with company practice
- Prepare and make available materials (agendas, presentations, minutes), ensuring traceability and monitoring of decisions
- Contribute to the consolidation and continuous improvement of the compliance and standardization governance system within the company Profile
- Experience in the watchmaking industry an asset
- Experience in cross-functional project management in a regulated industrial environment in the field of quality
- Very good oral communication and written in French and English Organized, methodical and rigorous
- Ability to unite, work in a network and lead multidisciplinary groups
