Role overview

Introduction

For our Production division, within the Dial & Ceramic Industrialization department, we are seeking a Metrology Engineer (M/F) whose primary mission will be to develop inspection processes and programs for the production of new products.

Main responsibilities

  • Create and update inspection programs
  • Optimize inspection programs by collaborating with machining programmers on manufacturing strategies
  • Ensure that programs are released within the specified timeframe and define the needs for setup or equipment on inspection means
  • Support workshops during initial inspections to validate programs
  • Ensure that operators are trained in the use of inspection means
  • Guarantee the capability of inspection means
  • Define optimal inspection processes in terms of capability, accuracy, and product inspection time, in collaboration with the project team Profile
  • HES Engineering or ES Technician degree in microtechnology or equivalent Recognized skills in 3D machine inspection Experience in metrology Knowledge of METROLOG programming software
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Proactive, autonomous, rigorous, with a taste for hands-on work, analytical and synthetic mindset Conclusion
