Role overview
Introduction For our Production division, we are looking for a Workshop Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to manage the organization of resources in an assembly workshop by implementing actions to guarantee compliance with production objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide information and analyze production indicators, as well as monitoring the short-term objectives of the workshop
- Adapt the organization of the workshop on a daily basis according to production hazards
- Guarantee the link and cross-functional exchanges with the production support services
- Participate in coordination sessions or lead them
- Manage the organization of inventories
- Carry out ad hoc and operational analyzes to ensure the proper functioning of the service.
Profile
- Post-compulsory secondary training, CFC or equivalent, in production management and/or logistics
- Significant industrial experience in a production workshop management function
- Mastery of IT tools (MS-Office, SAP and production monitoring) and knowledge of an ERP
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Rigorous and methodical, with good team spirit
- Available and with very good listening and communication skills.
