Role overview

Introduction For our Production division, we are looking for a Workshop Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to manage the organization of resources in an assembly workshop by implementing actions to guarantee compliance with production objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and analyze production indicators, as well as monitoring the short-term objectives of the workshop
• Adapt the organization of the workshop on a daily basis according to production hazards
• Guarantee the link and cross-functional exchanges with the production support services
• Participate in coordination sessions or lead them
• Manage the organization of inventories
• Carry out ad hoc and operational analyzes to ensure the proper functioning of the service.

Profile

• Post-compulsory secondary training, CFC or equivalent, in production management and/or logistics
• Significant industrial experience in a production workshop management function
• Mastery of IT tools (MS-Office, SAP and production monitoring) and knowledge of an ERP
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Rigorous and methodical, with good team spirit
• Available and with very good listening and communication skills.
