Main responsibilities
- Analysis of the technical feasibility of automation solutions for service and support processes
- Conception and continuous development of target architectures for system and platform integrations
- Development, implementation and optimization of interface solutions (APIs and event-based integrations, e.g. with Kafka)
- Implementation of end-to-end automation with the inclusion of modern Agentic AI approaches
- Integration and further development of existing platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics or ServiceNow
- Active support, empowerment and support of internal engineers through hands-on coaching, pair programming and knowledge transfer Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in the field of complex system integrations and automation architectures at a professional level
- In-depth knowledge of modern integration concepts such as API-first, event-driven architectures and microservices
- Demonstrate experience in the development, implementation and further development of APIs and integration solutions
- Experience in the design and implementation of end-to-end automation solutions
