Tasks

• Management, financial planning and controlling of third-party projects
• Ensure compliance with the requirements in the area of third-party funding
• Proactive tracking plan/IST deviations of third party funding projects
• Humanitarian reporting on third-party funding projects
• Support and training of institutes and faculties for evaluations and reports in SAP
• Central point of contact for the decentralised units on controlling issues
• Support for further tasks in the controlling team

Requirements

• Training at the level of university of applied sciences or comparable business training
• Professional experience in controlling
• A well-founded understanding of accounting
• Good Excel knowledge and ability to structure and analyze large amounts of data
• Experience with SAP (including modules FI and CO/PS)
