Main responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities Strategic Frameworks & Governance
  • Own and continuously improve entrusted operational frameworks (e.g., the Outside Counsel Framework, Legal Contractors Framework, Records Management Framework, Professional Credentials Framework, and/or Operational Risk Management Framework within L&C) and ensure they remain aligned with Group policies , governance expectations, and supporting systems
  • Coordinate, execute, and oversee framework-related processes, controls, approvals, and reporting activities
  • Proactively manage deadlines and dependencies across all framework activities
  • Engagement with the most senior stakeholders within L&C, building trusted relationships and driving alignment Budget Planning & Oversight
  • Coordinate and oversee budget planning and forecasting activities across the L&C function
  • Engage regularly with cost center owners and support them on financial, accruals and FTE topics
  • Acting as the central point between L&C and Finance department for any financial queries
  • Coordinating all financial activities across L&C and support ongoing financial transparency and cost management across the function Internal Reporting
  • Coordinate and reconcile data supporting Legal & Compliance internal reporting requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel and PowerPoint
