- Contract interpretation & data abstraction:
- Review lease contracts, amendments, annexes, side arrangements, and other related supporting documentation
- Interpret contractual terms and obligations
- Translate contract information into structured, system-ready Real Estate and IFRS 16-relevant lease data, including key terms, dates, payment obligations, and option clauses Lease data management:
- Own, monitor, and maintain lease data throughout the entire contract lifecycle
- Initiate and reflect updates resulting from renewals, amendments, terminations, rent reviews, and/or indexation adjustments
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- Enable IFRS 16 reporting through high-quality data submission to Finance Data quality and controls:
