Introduction For our Finance division, we are looking for a Management Controller (H/F) whose main mission will be the financial management of the Rolex Group and its subsidiaries.
- Introduction For our Finance division, we are looking for a Management Controller (H/F) whose main mission will be the financial management of the Rolex Group and its subsidiaries.
- Manage budgetary and forecasting processes (budget, quarterly forecasts and CAPEX)
- Planning and coordinating the different phases of financial processes
Main responsibilities
- Manage budgetary and forecasting processes (budget, quarterly forecasts and CAPEX)
- Planning and coordinating the different phases of financial processes
- Analyze and challenge subsidiaries' financial bids
- Prepare consolidated summaries and documents for submission to management
- Monitoring and analysing financial and operational results
- Monthly monitoring of Group and subsidiary performance
- Identify variances between forecasts and achievements and propose avenues for improvement
- Conduct specific financial analyses as required
- Make recommendations based on the conclusions
- Ensuring the role of business partner with subsidiaries' finance teams

- Experience over 5 years as a management controller in a large international company ideally in the luxury industry Perfect mastery of French and English Enhanced knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS
- Ability to produce in-depth reporting and analysis using financial tools Spirit of analysis and synthesis
- Excellent communication and customer orientation Organised, conscientious and powerful
