For our Production division, we are looking for our future locals (M/F).
You are at the end of your course, holding an EPF or HES university degree or a Federal Patent in the technical, mechanical or micromechanical field. You are passionate about watchmaking and motivated by the prospect of a career in management in a production workshop. We have designed for you the Spirale manageriale program intended to develop our future talents.
Responsibilities
During this program, you will be tasked with managing projects in several sectors, giving you access to a vision of the organization, the Traversian. You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership by insipating you from the management that will accompany you.
Through three 6-month stimulating mandates on our different Genevois sites, you will be able to acquire the experience and product culture needed to move towards a position of Community Manager in our Production Division. The last mandate will take the form of a managerial situation.
You will benefit from more, privileged support through training, coaching and mentoring initiatives led by our management teams and Human Resources.
Profile
A young graduate or about to be a graduate, from a technical, mechanical or micromechanical field, you already know the world of the company for having carried out internships. A first experience in the world of production or industry is an asset. Leadership skills acquired through associative or sporting activities are of particular interest to us.
With good relational skills, you have a wide open mind and are curious and of a character of the past and you have a perfect command of spoken and written French and English, and have the ability to carry out projects and convince. Then you are the ideal candidate to join us and integrate this program.
