For our Production division, we are looking for our future Neighbourhood Managers (H/F).

- Valorize the richness of your skills within a leading watch industry company, which relies on the quality of its employees to keep the quality of its watches constant.
- During this program, you will have the task of managing projects in several sectors, giving you access to a cross-cutting vision of the organization.
- You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership by insipating managers who will accompany you.
- You will benefit from more than one privileged accompaniment through training, coaching and mentoring activities led by our management teams and Human Resources.
Main responsibilities
- During this program, you will have the task of managing projects in several sectors, giving you access to a cross-cutting vision of the organization.
- You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership by insipating managers who will accompany you.
- Through three 6-month stimulating mandates on our different Geneva sites, you will be able to acquire the experience and product culture necessary for an evolution to a position of Community Manager in our Production Division.
- The last term of office will take the form of a managerial situation.
- Profile Young graduate or about to be, from a technical, mechanical or micromechanical field, you already know the world of the company for having completed internships. A first experience in the world of production or industry is an asset.
- Leadership skills acquired through associative or sporting activities are of particular interest to us.
- With good relational skills, you have a wide open mind and are curious and assertive in nature.
- You have perfect command of spoken and written French as well as English and have the ability to carry out projects and convince.
