- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung im Banken- oder Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld.
- Fundierte Praxis in der Kundenbetreuung (Kundenzone, Inbound oder Contact Center).
- Stilsicheres Deutsch.
