- You will accompany and advise people with refugee status, temporary admission, asylum seekers and protection seekers in personal, financial, material and legal matters – with the aim of supporting them on their way to greater independence and social/societal participation.
- You promote and accompany the linguistic, professional and social integration of clients and thus make a valuable contribution to their successful future in Switzerland
Main responsibilities
- You will accompany and advise people with refugee status, temporary admission, asylum seekers and protection seekers in personal, financial, material and legal matters – with the aim of supporting them on their way to greater independence and social/societal participation.
- You promote and accompany the linguistic, professional and social integration of clients and thus make a valuable contribution to their successful future in Switzerland
- You carefully clarify subsidiarity claims and help ensure that services are provided transparently and on demand
- You create individual budgets according to cantonal guidelines of (asylum) social assistance
- You work as needed with internal and external specialists and build a sustainable network to achieve sustainable solutions with clients
- You keep the case documentation in the case management system (NFAM) comprehensible and complete and ensure professional data maintenance Requirements You have completed training in social work
- You preferably have professional experience in legal social work and asylum You have good computer skills
