Role overview
To monitor the situation of national and international security and population protection-related events related to Switzerland.
To evaluate, compress and prepare information products for the operational and political-strategic level.
To guide the situation center during operations and exercises.

Application process
- Second level support for a central application of the National Alert Centre, together with other team members.
- Degree in Master's degree or equivalent training/experience, preferably in the field of security policy, international relations or related fields.
- Work experience in teams with a wide range of disciplines and ability to explain complex issues to lay people.
- Ability to decide in a structured manner in critical situations under time pressure and to implement solution-oriented measures quickly.
- Experience in providing technical contributions to IT projects.
- Active knowledge of two official languages, passive knowledge of a third official language and English.
