- You are responsible for the holistic management of a portfolio of commercial properties, including leasing, contract and key management and ensuring perfect condition
- Through your specialist knowledge and Negotiation skills, you conduct successful negotiations and draw up commercial rental agreements and addenda
- You coordinate and carry out acceptances and handovers of commercial space and ensure a professional final invoice
Company and context
- Communication with the owners, tenants, authorities and other stakeholders as well as the organization of meetings and tenant orientations are your responsibility
- You are responsible for obtaining and evaluating offers, awarding orders to entrepreneurs as well as checking and approving creditor orders and invoices
- From a professional perspective, you lead the team, empower employees and contribute to the development and implementation of the real estate strategy. That's why you succeed:
- You also have several years of professional experience in the real estate industry and in the management of commercial properties
- You skillfully use digital affinity and in-depth PC and software knowledge on a daily basis when working with various systems

- An efficient and goal-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills qualify you to deal with demanding target groups
