Role overview
Carry out customer orders in the mobile and telecommunications sector, including planning, cost and quality control and timely provision of services
Participation in various projects, including WTO tenders and coordinate meetings between the various stakeholders
Professionally competently support and advise customers in the mobile subscription administration and in other telecommunications services, ensuring the perfect order processing from the order to the billing
