In the Operations Control Center you work at the interface of monitoring, automation, data analysis and customer support. The centerpiece is our central splunk dashboard, which combines state-of-the-art observability tools, intelligent automation mechanisms and a deeply integrated analytics architecture for the analysis of complex system and service dependencies.

You can make this contribution
- Analyze operating and log data in Splunk, recognize patterns and derive targeted optimization measures
- Self-healing processes review, maintain, optimize and continuously increase the degree of automation
- In collaboration with observability analysts, create root‐cause analyses
- In the event of system failures, identify dependencies and impacts and contribute to sustainable operational stability
- Develop preventive measures in the team and implement the necessary corrections with the customers

- Extensive application understanding and a strong sense of operational stability in ICT platforms
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ideally experience with Splunk ITSI – or the willingness to familiarize yourself with both topics
- Good knowledge of the word and writing of two official languages and of English
