- You develop, plan and realize marketing measures and campaigns in our marketing automation platform (BSI)
- You lead projects for the further development of our marketing automation solution and successfully implement new ideas

Main responsibilities
- You develop, plan and realize marketing measures and campaigns in our marketing automation platform (BSI)
- You lead projects for the further development of our marketing automation solution and successfully implement new ideas
- You work closely with internal stakeholders from sales, IT and communication as well as external agencies and coordinate the cooperation
- You analyze customer behavior, customer data and the performance of our campaigns, derive optimization measures and continuously develop our processes
- You advise and support our digital marketing team in the implementation of marketing measures, for example in newsletter or WhatsApp marketing Requirements
- You have completed studies in business administration, marketing or a comparable education and/or have professional experience in this environment
- Ideally, you have experience in digital marketing and project management
- You are interested in marketing automation and campaign management; First practical experience is a plus
Key requirements

- Du denkst analytisch und vernetzt und bewegst dich sicher im Austausch mit unterschiedlichsten Anspruchsgruppen
