Main responsibilities
- Supporting the IT needs of the supervised organisational units
- Setting up and providing IT jobs for entry and exits
- Performing software installations, updates and standardized system adjustments
- Management and maintenance of the workstation equipment over their entire life cycle
- Documentation of solutions, configurations and recurring support cases
- Support of users with questions about workplace systems and IT-Services
- Work with Rollouts, migrations and other IT projects in the workplace environment Requirements:
- Completed training in informatics, ICT or comparable qualifications
- Well-founded knowledge in the support of Windows workplaces and peripherals
- Experience in the operation and support of IT infrastructures, as well as in error analysis and troubleshooting
