Main responsibilities

- They bear overall responsibility for the Finance Directorate and develop this area in a future-oriented manner.
- You ensure accounting, financial stability and effective control and risk management.
- Your teams lead and develop you with a modern understanding of leadership, create space for personal responsibility and strengthen cooperation and further development.
- They are responsible for the strategic and operational area development from a financial point of view and ensure forward-looking financial planning, control and assessment of the associated investments and development projects.
- With meaningful financial and control instruments (especially reporting, budgeting, forecasting as well as liquidity and investment planning), you create well-founded decision-making bases for effective performance and results management and design corporate management in a forward-looking and data-based manner.
- They drive the further development of structures, processes and systems and use the opportunities offered by digitalization and automation to sustainably strengthen efficiency, quality and sustainability. Requirements
- University degree in business administration or finance as well as a sound further education and many years of practical experience in the field of finance and controlling
