Role overview

• Lead the department in content, organizational, personnel and financial terms

• Further develop legislation on vehicle technology and vehicle safety

• Exchange with associations, organisations and law enforcement authorities and draw up specialised decisions

• Parliamentary initiatives and questions

• Ensure the transposition of international regulations into Swiss law and ensure the participation of the department in the relevant international bodies

• Higher education (master) in law or technical university or university of applied sciences

• Interest in transport policy and technical issues and interdisciplinary work in a team

• Enjoy the leadership of employees and experience in managing complex projects

• Excellent analytical, conceptual and editorial skills as well as strategic, creative and networked thinking
