Role overview
- Establish and coordinate internal notes and instructions concerning the application of VAT law
- Handle sensitive business (complaints, complaints, etc.) until decision-making maturity and prepare notes, statements and other documents (mainly in German) for the head of department, head of department and director of ESTV
- assess, deal with, coordinate and participate in cross-departmental transactions such as opinions on issues of the application of VAT law
- Reply to citizens’ letters addressed to the head of the department as well as parliamentary questions and coordinate the answers with the media office of the ESTV
- Support for departmental administrative, legal and organisational issues
- Completed law degree or diploma as a tax expert with good knowledge of economic issues or equivalent knowledge and experience acquired in the professional career
- Very good knowledge of VAT law and its application
- Excellent editorial skills as well as an independent, thorough and forward working method
- Good communication skills and high social skills
- Good knowledge of a second official language
