Key requirements
- Du arbeitest kooperativ im Team und kommunizierst klar und adressatengerecht über Fachbereiche hinweg.
- Mit deiner konzeptionellen Stärke und analytischen Arbeitsweise überführst du komplexe Zusammenhänge in praxistaugliche Lösungen.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im strategischen oder operativen Facility Management mit und hast in der Projektleitung oder interdisziplinären Koordination bereits Verantwortung übernommen.
- Im Prozessmanagement wendest du erprobte Methoden an und entwickelst Standards weiter, zudem verfügst du über fundierte Kenntnisse im Dokumentenmanagement mit klarer Governance.
- Im Business Continuity Management verfügst du über praxisnahes Know-how idealerweise im Umfeld kritischer Infrastrukturen und Szenarien.
- Einen Abschluss auf Stufe FH/HF in Facility Management, Technik oder Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung bringst du mit und Deutsch beherrschst du mindestens auf Niveau C1, eine weitere Landessprache idealerweise ab Niveau A2.
