Role overview
This is what awaits you: Schweizer Mobiliar Asset Management AG is responsible for the asset management of the Mobiliar Group, its pension funds, funds and third-party client mandates.
In order to strengthen our customer & product management team, which is also responsible for multi-asset portfolio management, we are looking for an experienced personality as multi-asset portfolio manager who plays a decisive role in shaping active portfolio and asset allocation.
As a portfolio manager, you take on a central responsibility for the absolute and relative performance of multi-asset portfolios and contribute your market and investment expertise to decision-making processes, committees and the further development of our multi-asset approach.

- Hochschulabschluss (Uni/FH) in Finance, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung mit themenspezifischer Weiterbildung wie CFA, AZEK o.ä.
- Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung im Multi Asset Portfolio Management
Key requirements
- Hochschulabschluss (Uni/FH) in Finance, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung mit themenspezifischer Weiterbildung wie CFA, AZEK o.ä.
- Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung im Multi Asset Portfolio Management
- Sehr gutes Verständnis der Kapitalmärkte sowie der Zusammenhänge von Rendite, Risiko und Allokation
- Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern (z. B. Anlage-Ausschuss, Stiftungsräte, Investment Controller oder Investment Manager)
- Analytische Stärke, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Freude an Verantwortung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Bloomberg, Portfolio Management Tools und gute Kenntnisse in Tools zur Verarbeitung und Automatisierung von Investmentprozessen idealerweise mit Programmierkenntnissen Fliessende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
