Every day, around 3,000 employees of RUAG and RUAG Real Estate make a significant contribution to the security of Switzerland. They ensure that the Swiss Army and other operational and security organisations can perform their tasks comprehensively at any time.

You can move that

• Independent planning, coordination and implementation of internal investigations in the assigned area of responsibility with a focus on "Personal integrity"
• Preparation of structured investigation plans and careful documentation of all investigations
• Preparation, conduct and evaluation of interviews
• Analysis and examination of documents and other relevant evidence
• Close cooperation with internal and external interfaces
• Preparation of meaningful research reports and preparation of results for relevant stakeholders
• Participation in the further development and optimization of processes, if appropriate assuming the position of Head of Investigation

You bring that with you

• University or higher education law degree
• Experience in internal investigations
• Very good understanding of compliance requirements, governance and relevant processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to prepare complex issues in an addressable manner
• Fluent knowledge of German, good knowledge of English, further language skills in French and Italian are advantageous
• Impeccable reputation and high personal integrity

The area deals with the structured and professional investigation of internal and external reports of potential misconduct.
