- Several years of practical professional experience in customer service, as workshop manager:in or manager of operations:in
- Sociability, negotiating skills and flexibility
- Independent working methods as well as the competence to make decisions and to represent them in terms of facts and facts
- Flowing knowledge of German in words and writing, knowledge of French advantageous
