- Skillfully plan tasks within the weekly schedule to ensure efficient processes in your store
- Do everything to ensure the numbers are right – regarding revenue, personnel costs, and inventory Requirements
- Three or more years of professional and leadership experience: in retail as a specialist, area, or department manager
- Completed vocational training (EBA): in retail (food) or a related profession would be ideal
- Enjoyment of fresh products and ideally professional experience with them
- Skill in planning and organizing tasks and a flair for interpreting key figures
- Physically fit, some parcels weigh up to 10 kilos
