Role overview

Migros Aare prepares you to independently and successfully manage a Migros branch.

The compact and practical training is tailored to your needs.

We train you over a period of 12-18 months with full salary.

Main responsibilities

  • Customer-oriented management of the branch together with the market management
  • Responsibility for freshness, quality, and availability of products
  • Co-responsibility for the management and development of department heads, team leaders, and employees, as well as for talent development Management of a department Ensuring defined processes
  • Acting as a substitute for market management during absences Requirements
  • Ideally more than 3 years of professional experience: in the supermarket sector with several years of management experience
  • Completed basic or advanced training: in retail or an equivalent qualification Passion for retail
  • Enjoyment in leading and promoting employees Commitment, resilience, and flexibility
  • Strong customer orientation and convincing demeanor German (business fluent) What we offer
