Main responsibilities
- Customer-oriented management of the branch together with the market management
- Responsibility for freshness, quality, and availability of products
- Co-responsibility for the management and development of department heads, team leaders, and employees, as well as for talent development Management of a department Ensuring defined processes
- Acting as a substitute for market management during absences Requirements
- Ideally more than 3 years of professional experience: in the supermarket sector with several years of management experience
- Completed basic or advanced training: in retail or an equivalent qualification Passion for retail
- Enjoyment in leading and promoting employees Commitment, resilience, and flexibility
- Strong customer orientation and convincing demeanor German (business fluent) What we offer
