- As a deputy, take responsibility for the figures – in terms of turnover, personnel costs and inventory Requirements
- Three or more years of professional experience: in the retail trade as specialist, divisional or rayon management of advantage
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EBA): in the retail trade (food) or related profession would be ideal
- Joy of fresh products and ideally already professional experience with them
- Physically fit, some colis are up to 10 pounds heavy
