- Manage the operational management of the ambulatory surgery center (day clinic and endoscopy activities)
- Plan and optimize patient flows and scheduling in an efficiency-driven approach
- Diploma in nursing, operating room technician, or equivalent
- Proven experience in hospital team management
Main responsibilities
- Manage the operational management of the ambulatory surgery center (day clinic and endoscopy activities)
- Plan and optimize patient flows and scheduling in an efficiency-driven approach
- Supervise, coordinate, and unify a multidisciplinary team (approximately 21 FTE)
- Oversee the integration, training, and development of staff and students
- Ensure quality, safety, and continuity of care throughout the patient journey
- Participate in the development and strategic orientation of outpatient activities
Key requirements
- Diploma in nursing, operating room technician, or equivalent
- Proven experience in hospital team management
- Significant operating room experience, ideally as a scrub or circulating nurse
- Good understanding of surgical requirements
- Ability to structure, organize, and prioritize in demanding environments
- Experience in outpatient activities or organizational transformations is a plus
- Knowledge of endoscopy-specific challenges (flows, safety, scheduling) Ability to lead change and motivate teams
- Hold a diploma in nursing, operating room technician, or an equivalent qualification, ideally supplemented with management training (CAS, DAS, or MAS)
