- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ideally other modules such as CSM or ITOM
- Experience with ServiceNow AI functions such as Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent or AI Search ServiceNow certifications Knowledge of JavaScript or integrations
