Your role
- You are the central point of contact for questions about our applications, clarify concerns and provide sustainable solutions
- Understand needs: you analyze, document and prioritize the requirements of our customers
- Ensure knowledge: You create and maintain operational and user documentation
- Coordinate collaboration: You control tasks and interfaces between internal IT offices and external application users
- Manage processes: You ensure recurring processes and ensure smooth operation Your profile
- Completed commercial or technical training, a degree in computer science or a comparable professional career with corresponding IT expertise
- Experience in dealing with business software and interest in application processes
- Analytical and structured thinking, coupled with pleasure in working with customers
- Confident knowledge of German in words and writing at at least C1 level
