You carry out cleaning and maintenance work independently, reliably and according to plan.
You secure the material procurement and take care of the distribution of office material.
Ideally, you have first professional experience: in cleaning, maintenance or in a comparable function.
Completed basic or advanced training: ideally in the areas of maintenance, cleaning, housekeeping or in a handicraft-practical environment.

You carry out cleaning and maintenance work independently, reliably and according to plan.
You secure the material procurement and take care of the distribution of office material.
You coordinate technicians, craftsmen and external cleaning companies and monitor their operations.
You support everyday business in preparing meeting rooms, office elevators and emergency transportation.
You take additional operational support tasks such as winter service and with your commitment for a smooth run.

Ideally, you have first professional experience: in cleaning, maintenance or in a comparable function.
Completed basic or advanced training: ideally in the areas of maintenance, cleaning, housekeeping or in a handicraft-practical environment.
German (safe for negotiation): any other language of advantage
