- You are responsible for various sophisticated machines or perform complex, multi-stage manual production processes.
- You perform precise technical and mechanical adjustments as well as adjustments on the machines.
- You’ll make simple changes to programs, actively help troubleshoot, and quickly resume production.

- You coordinate upstream and downstream work, take on organizational tasks and take care of cleaning your plant area. Requirements
- Initial professional experience: Practical experience in an extended field of work (e.g. product knowledge, plant management, hygiene and safety regulations)
- No training required: e.g. baker’s confectioner, food technologist, plant manager (m/f/d) or professional certificate EBA, e.g. food practitioners (m/f/d) with in-depth practical knowledge
- German (flowing): B1 language level is mandatory
- Readiness for 4-shift operation (7 days at a time including weekend)
- Secure understanding of production processes and processes in the production environment;
- You recognize connections and act proactively.
