• You take over production orders as specified and set up the machine/plant independently.
• You operate various sophisticated machines on your own responsibility or carry out complex, multi-stage manual production processes.
• You perform precise technical and mechanical adjustments as well as adjustments to the machines.
• You’ll make simple changes to programs, actively help troubleshoot, and quickly resume production.
• You coordinate upstream and downstream work, take on organizational tasks and take care of cleaning your plant area.

Requirements

• Initial professional experience: Practical experience in an extended field of work (e.g. product knowledge, plant management, hygiene and safety regulations)
• No training required: e.g. baker’s confectioner, food technologist, plant manager (m/f/d) or professional certificate EBA, e.g. food practitioner (m/f/d) with in-depth practical knowledge
• German (flowing): B1 language level is mandatory
• Readiness for 4-shift operation (7 days at a time including weekend)
• Secure understanding of production processes and processes in the production environment
• You recognize connections and act proactively.
• Independent, solution-oriented working method, teamwork and willingness to take on responsibility

Recruitment process

• Final discussion before contract issuance: Before the contract is issued, we hold a final discussion in order to clarify open questions of both sides and to regulate contractual details. If all points are clarified, the written offer follows. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
• Offer & Contract Exhibition: After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent by post. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
