• You operate the production facilities independently and make sure that everything runs smoothly.
• You guide and document quality controls (IPK) and ensure compliance with our high standards.
• You take over the conversion of the plants during product changes and repair simple faults independently.
• You perform cleaning work and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• You coordinate smaller teams of temporary employees and ensure clear information transfer during shift transfers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience: beneficial in the food sector or industrial environment
• Completed basic or further training: ideally as a plant operator or in food processing, or several years of experience in this field.
• German (flowing): B1 language level is mandatory
• Responsibility, teamwork and a structured way of working.
• knowledge of products, equipment and hygiene and safety regulations.
• Stapler ID and readiness for 3- and 4-shift work and corresponding mobility.
