• You will analyze production and support processes, identify potential for improvement and support their successful implementation.
• You are actively involved in the introduction and application of lean methods such as 5S, CIP, shop floor management or problem solving.
• You support the development and development of KPI systems, dashboards and visualizations for data-based control of operations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years: Professional experience in the production, process management, lean or continuous improvement environment.
• Completed degree (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in supply chain management, engineering, business administration or comparable, ideally with a focus on process management or operational excellence, and further education in lean management (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or comparable)
• German (proof of negotiation): any other language of advantage
• You convince through your communication strength, enjoy working with different stakeholders and implement changes pragmatically and sustainably.
• You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented and enjoy continuously improving processes and processes.
• You bring knowledge in Lean Management, Operational Excellence or CVP. Experience with Power BI, SAP S/4HANA or comparable digital tools is an advantage.

Recruitment process
