- Productive work in the lines, equipment, logistics
- Responsibility for performance, quality and motivation of subordinate employees Return of production orders
- Capacity and human resources planning in consultation with the head of department
- Ensuring the availability and functionality of equipment and equipment
- Monitor the quality, deadlines and services provided as well as work processes Change and optimisation work
- Enforcement of occupational safety regulations and compliance with order and cleanliness Required expertise
- Technical apprenticeship, ideally as a polymechanic, electromechanic or similar technical training
