- Development and further development of HR controlling and reporting (key figures, analyses, plausibility checks and reporting)

- Very good knowledge of Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors and the motivation to actively shape and develop a new role
- Personality with a high service orientation as well as pleasure in working with numbers and data
- Strong analytical mindset and conceptual skills
- Structured and reliable operation with high quality standards in German (negotiation certain) French (advantageous) Cosa of Friamo
