Main responsibilities
- You actively shape the technical concept of our international Kotlin multiplatform app and develop it together with internal and external employees.
- You take technical responsibility for our Android and iOS Smile app and for the Spring Boot backend services in the team.
- You actively build Agentic Coding in the team and establish new, AI-supported working methods in software development.
- You work closely with our UX team to bring out the best for our customers and optimize the workflows independently.
- You actively share your knowledge in the team and support your team members in their professional development.
- Together, you as the DevOps Scrum team ensure the smooth operation of our smile app and the responsible backend services. Requirements
- You have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or comparable experience
- You have been a full-stack mobile developer for five or more years and have gained extensive experience throughout the development cycle of an app with Kotlin-Mulit platform.
- You have three years or more experience as a backend developer: in with Kotlin/Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL and REST APIs
- Automated testing (unit, integration and UI) as well as meaningful documentation are a matter of course for you
