Company and context
- of the qualification steps and final examinations as well as work as a practical expert at secondary level II and tertiary level
- Coaching of the vocational trainers on the inpatient wards and implementation of Internal further training
- Implementation of educational marketing measures / Participation in meetings of educational institutions / Implementation of education-related and interdisciplinary projects DEIN PROFIL
- Training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent
- Preferably Federal Nursing Assistant Specialist certificate as a trainer or willingness to complete it
- At least two years of professional experience in an acute care hospital as well as knowledge of the education system, education laws and regulations
- Experience as a vocational trainer in a nursing department as well as teaching small groups
