- Deep theoretical and practical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: OT security, computer security, distributed systems, embedded systems, secure communications, or applied cryptography
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Rust
- Proven publication track record at top-tier scientific venues
- Proven ability to drive ideas from concept to working prototype
