For the social services integration and migration (SIM) and asylum assistance counselling (VAS) we are looking for a dedicatedn personin finance as of 01.10.2026 or by agreement.

Your tasks

• Self-employed management of client accounting in the case management software SocialOffice incl.

Budget control for persons with income

• Payment and accounting for economic welfare and asylum assistance
• Preparation of monthly and annual accounts and compilation of statistics and reporting
• Preparation and control of (partial) accounts with municipalities and cantons
• Management of the cash register
• Accounting control and health costs management
• Participation in the further development of processes, standards and control instruments
• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in accounting or financial matters
• Professional experience in the field of

Managing accounting, preferably in the area of social assistance

• Very good PC user knowledge, especially in office programs
• Stylish German, orally and in writing
• Exact, structured and solution-oriented working methods
